PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

• The order must include all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging must be in exactly the same condition as when the product was received.

• The product must show signs of normal use only; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

• Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

• The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.

• We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.

• Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process:

Please ensure that the email contains the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for the return request

• Photo of the product in case of damage or defect

• Customer's first and last name

• Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return shipment back to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address after you contact us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received or took possession of the last goods.

Because we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery has been completed, which means that a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Evelyn & Rose Toronto) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is considered completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Notice Regarding Goods in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Therefore, please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.

Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible processing of your return, we kindly ask that you send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal and have received the returned goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
